Isabelle Capart is an experienced coach, certified PCC by ICF, with NLP master. Internal coach during more than 10 years in a financial company, she contributed to introduce coaching and to building a coaching policy. She also practices training, mentoring and Gestalt-therapy. She has a background in Human Resources (ESLSCA Business school + IGS 3rd cycle, and HR responsibilities across 14 years). Past-president 2012-2014 of the French association S2CG (Société des Coachs et Consultants Gestaltistes), and vice-president since 2014. She is a registered psychotherapist (ECP) in the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP), and Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations (GPO) in the EAGT.

Marie-Anne Chidiac is an experienced change management consultant, coach, psychotherapist and supervisor. She has a background in consulting having worked with board level executives and lead major change management programmes both in the UK and Europe. She is co-founder of Relational Change and holds a D. Psych in Public Works with a focus on the synthesis of Gestalt psychotherapy and Organisational Development.

Sally Denham-Vaughan brings extensive experience in Coaching, Psychotherapy and Organisational Development and works with Public, Private, Academic and Third Sector/not-for-profit organisations in the UK and other countries. She is Visiting Fellow in the School of Business, Leadership and Enterprise at University Campus Suffolk, International Faculty Associate at the Pacific Gestalt Institute and co-founder of Relational Change. Her Doctorate focussed on leadership and Organisational Change. She is an Accredited Coach and Coach Supervisor, (ISCP), Registered Coaching and Clinical Psychologist, (BPS/HCPC), and Accredited Gestalt Supervisor, Psychotherapist and Trainer, (GPTI).


meulmeesterFrans Meulmeester – Chair of Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations

Since 1973 Frans has worked as a teacher, trainer and consultant. First in education, but later he specialized in Healthcare. He completed the training for Gestalt therapist and Psycho-synthesis guide in 1989 and then he started a centre for training, consultancy and therapy, called Invitation and from this time he has worked as trainer / consultant / coach and psychotherapist.

He is a staff member of the Gestalt institute MultidiMens (Belgium), the Gestalt Institute of Bulgaria, the Caucasian Gestalt Institute in Georgia, the Himalayan Pathway Psychotherapy Institute in Nepal and guest trainer of several other Gestalt institutes in Europe.

He is a registered Gestalt therapist and Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations (GPO) in the EAGT and a registered psychotherapist (ECP) in the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).


standaertJan Standaert

Worked since 1987 as a trainer in the Gestalt institute IVC (Institute for Communication) in Belgium and in 1988 he became director and lead of this organization. Prior to that, he had been working as a Gestalt therapist in a psychiatric department of a hospital in Belgium. Jan has a higher degree as ergo therapist and did a 4 year Gestalt therapy program, a 2 year leadership program and the 2nd European program ‘Gestalt approach to Organizations and Systems development’ led by Edwin Nevis. At the Hellinger institute he followed a program on ‘systemic advisor’. Jan has more than 25 years of experience as a trainer and intervener in different kinds of organizations. He is registered as a GPO in the EAGT.
