Bas
Lokerse – Treasurer
Bas is treasurer of EAGT since 1995 with a break of 2 years. Bas received his Gestalt Education from the Noord Nederlandse Gestalt Organisatie, which he started in 1992 and finished in 1995. In those days it was a three-year training. His Gestalt education was very imported to him because he learned there the value, as a main person, to bring sense and reason more in balance and … in touch.
Bas is a self-employed person and he guides people to develop their careers. On the one hand he uses the supervision-method and on the other hand he uses the Gestalt-method. He merged both methodologies into the field-theory. Bas is a licensed and registered supervisor at the LSVB and as a career developer at the CMI.
Bas his tasks within the committee move between:
the purpose of the EAGT and that what the activities bring along with them
and of course the available means
Both issues are at odds with one and another and therefore cannot do without each other. Bas mediates, slows down, take care of and sometimes he rejects. Besides that he intervenes with the EAGT as an organisation.
